Alarm Monitoring

Monitored alarm systems are an alternative to a stand alone audible only intruder alarm. These systems are actively monitored all year round by an independent Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) based in the UK.

This type of system requires installers and centres to conform to specific standards and that is why all of our monitored alarms and centres are NSI Gold Accredited for Security.

Monitored systems offer that extra peace of mind of having professionals responding in the event of an alarm activation by contacting the designated keyholders and/or constabulary if police response is a requirement.

These systems may be a particularly good option for you if you would prefer to have that extra layer of protection when your home is left unattended. A keyholder response requires a minimum of two designated contacts that have access to your home and the alarm system.

The other type of monitored alarm is police response, which involves the Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) contacting the police in the event of a confirmed alarm activation.
